Plated dinners are where our creativity really shines through. Our chefs take the experience they gained from working in nationally reknown fine dining restaurants and the wide variety of private and public dinners we have put on to bring you a world class dining experience.
Plated dinners are a little more pricey than our buffet and hors d’oeurve options, but if you have a particularly important event where you are looking to impress your guests it is definitely the way to go.
Our plated dinners are typically divided into two categories. Events with 20 or less people are considered “Private Dining” and events with 20 or more are “Prix Fixe” dinners.
Private dining usually starts at about $55 per guest and are perfect for intimate celebrations with your close friends and loved ones. We will work with you to develop a custom menu of three to nine fixed courses that cater perfectly to the theme of your event and the dietary preferences and restrictions of your guests to create an unforgettable fine dining experience in the comfort of your own home or venue.
Prix fixe menus are for larger groups and events such as weddings and important milestone events like birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations. Prix fixe menus start at about $40 per person, and we will typically do two to five fixed courses, with the entree course having a few different protein options that are accessible to common allergies and dietary restrictions.
